The hotel has a fantastic location on a peaceful lake, which is perfect for kayaking. Most of the rooms have a balcony with a beautiful view of the lake. the cleanliness of the rooms and bathrooms is acceptable. the hotel offers guests free kayaking and the restaurant serves good Thai food.

Some of the staff are not as professional as they should be.

The staff can improve their service quality, as some were not very accommodating and seemed indifferent to requests. The hot water in the shower took a while to heat up and was not consistent throughout the stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The Jacuzzi suite provided us with a lot of space and a very nice interior. The bed was comfortable and the shower, bath, and Jacuzzi were of very good quality. We especially enjoyed the large Jacuzzi for two persons on the terrace, which offered a stunning view. The well-filled minibar was a nice touch and added to the overall experience. We were also impressed by the friendly staff who were able to communicate in English. The small shop on site was convenient, and we appreciated the complimentary coffee available all night in the reception area. The gardens were clean and tidy, and the site was cleaned every morning. All in all, this hotel offered enhanced comfort and quality services at a reasonable price.
